Wow. What a game. Crandall played well at times....but gets beat clean 3 times by the same guy? Ouch.

If you have Tivo- take a look at every STA player chasing the puck to one side of the rink while they leave Jacques all alone on the far side. How does that happen? The kid has scored 2 on you already and you forget where he is on the ice?

For anyone listening on radio in Duluth, if Fleischer and Hack throw out the "us versus them" all Northern final ...blah...blah...blah one more time, I'm going to puke. Do they honestly think people in the cities are that parochial that they could care less whether it is 1, 2, 3 or 4 northern teams in the finals? Christ guys, relish the wins and quit acting like secession from the lower 79 counties is in the offing. It's the Minnesota State Hockey Tournament...get over your Napolean syndrome!

That was one heck of a game. Hopefully the rest go that way.

Hats off to the 'Toppers, they played a hell of a game. Was sad to see it end, so much suspense and emotion. Both teams played very even and it was a great game to watch. Good luck to the Toppers in the state final, rest up and get your legs back, should be a great game tomorrow whoever plays Marshall.
