PUCKHANDLER. Why does Albert Lea alway's screw up at the state tournament? This year a player was kicked out for fighting and 2 year's ago a player was kicked out for having drug's? The team has gotten alot of negative press and has left a bad image for Albert Lea at the state tournament. :?:

I disagree with you. Bringing the consolation trophy home two years ago did nothing but boost AL's image. I will agree with you that two years ago a kid did screw up, but who doesn't make mistakes? You? This year, the kid that got in the fight did absolutely everything he could to avoid a fight. The Little Falls kid took three shots to the back of his head before he even touched him. Maybe if you came to games and got your facts straight before making completely untruthful and rediculous comments you wouldn't catch as much heat on here. I've got an idea, save all of AL and yourself and just SHUT UP!!

On another point, I think it is you that gives AL a negative image. You are the reason that people like me come on here and defend ourselves. You are the biggest reason that AL has been getting a negative image lately.

My point exactly. Try what 98% of the other people on this forum do, go to the games, get your FACTS, and then come on here and state your opinions.

RSI. Are you telling another little white LIE? You have a strong support in the girls high school forum that your daughter plays on for Albert Lea. You moved but not to far.

You're not as smart as you think. My wife and I have 1 child, a daughter who is not quite 2 years old. I am from Albert Lea, my wife is not. Our daughter does not play hockey, yet.

This was a tough game for AL. I think that they played well enough for the most part to win this hockey game. Goaltending was a little shaky, but Clay has probably been the MVP of this team the whole year. AL did get plenty of shots but couldn't bury the real quality scoring chances. Congrats Roy and co. on a great season.

No. They were screwing around making an all tournament team with people with odd names and clay was on there.

Hey bigbabyblue, is there any chance you know the dude that wears the babyblue gloves on the AL team. For some reason I always laughed when that guy got the puck. I don't know if I would call the fight with the LF player self defense. They both looked angry and were dishing out plenty of punches. I also want to say sitting next to you Albert Lea fans during the Warroad game was awesome. All of you are so nuts.

Are you sure you aren't that kid with the gloves? I thought it was so funny sitting by the AL fans because I don't know if the hockey parents I was close to knew a ton about hockey but they got into it so much. It was awesome. I also enjoyed it when the end of the game was coming and the parents were yelling at the kids to shoot the puck when the players were just crossing the center line. The fans were so nervous and they wanted to win so bad. Thats a sign that you know your fan base is cool. As for the fight I am just saying I wouldn't call it self defense, I am sure the emotions those kids are going through caused that.
