None Exist. Hockey is a TEAM game played by players who should expect the ultimate sacrifice for TEAM glory. The good players all know that in the land of 10,000.

I bet you the best player in Pee Wee's right now will not be the best player when H.S. rolls around. Too much can change in that amount of time, so why even ask this Q?

YOU HAVE TO BE A BANTAM

Post by watchdog »

you have to be a bantam or parent of a bantam to ask any questions on personal skill on this board. the only answer your gona recieve other wise is how rediculous it is to even ask. its only peewee ect............. i just cant wait until all my kids get to bantams so the real deal all starts for them. its just not a game anymore than its like real or something. its tryouts for the wild or the olympics once you reach that untouchable level of play.

It was asked last year and many many people replied-with straight answers. Now all of a sudden it ain't real until its bantams--those of you who said that -- go get a life. Slapper I'll start with an answer for the sake of getting a forum response(and by the way this is 'youth hockey forum' not just a bantam forum so I believe this is a very good -debateable-discussion provoking - question. So I Start:

1.) Zajac-Egan
2.)Kucherlla-Egan
3.) Sampair-Mahtomedi
4.) Mccarver -NStPaul
5.) Storm - NSt.Paul
6.) #77- Apple Valley
7.) Geoff-Stillwater
8.) Faust-Stillwater
9.) Setori-Bemidji
10.) Goalie from Grand Forks Wheat Kings
11.) Duluth east -2 kids can't remember names
12.) 1 kid on Chaska--" " " "
13.)2 kids on Centinial " " " "
Please feel free to tell me who I'm thinking of above. Also the numbers next to the name are NOT rankings.(though I beleive Zajac is close to #1)

No he's not. He's the same age as all of the other 2nd years... He just skipped a year of squirts. BTW he is the best Peewee player, at least from what I saw from him this year, especially in that AV game last weekend.

I agree Boyd is the best forward I've seen and I've seen just about all of these teams play. Skjei? from Lakeville North is the top defenseman in my humble opinion.

boyd is the best pee wee by far ! He shattered Mike Finks pee wee A hopkins record of 126 pionts by over 50 points and Fink is prolly on his way to Ann Arbor.

NO question boyd is a top peewee, likely the best, but lets not get to carried away. As a 93 elite player he's middle of the road. His experience with the the lightning prepared him for bantams..peewees was like a step back after the level he played in spring and fall. As a 93 he likely doesn't crack the top 20. Time is on his side and if he continues to develop you'll hear his name for years to come.

He is from Hopkins, and I believe abantam19 is referring to the record in that association. I highly doubt he has the record. I think Mueller a few years back had something like 200. He would be my guess as to who holds the record.

I remember Nate Hagemo having the scoring record. 125 goals back when he was a Pee Wee A.

At the state touney #15 for lakeville south was a real handful. points on 13 of his teams 14 goals. #9 scored 9 goals in their 3 games. These two carried their team offensively.
