Most importantly there is some great talent in the NHL right now. Names like crosby, ovechkin, malkin...will be this generations Jagr, Messier, Gretzky. The NHL needs new leadership, get Bettman out of there and bring in someone like a Mark Cuban.

Crosby has the hands but ovechkin can throw huge hits. Gotta go with Ovechkin, he's the complete package.

Then why is Crosby at the top of the league in points? He can pass and score. Sees the ice like none other. Ovechkin is a quick flash while Crosby burns the whole time.

Crosby for sure. He is a class act, a clean player, a playmaker, and he makes everybody around him better. 4 qualities that Ovechkin does not possess.

I like both players but crosby is the better player, yes ovechkin throws bigger hits, but hits don't get your team points on the board.
Crosby and Ovechkin can both make defensmen look silly but i got to go with Crosby. He's already breaking Gretzky's records.

Ovechkin and Crosby are both flat out sick. I would take Ovechkin, I want to see him on a good team.

if washington ever improves and gets someone else to support ovie, i think you will see the true greatness in him. Right now, sid the kid has the upper hand but i think ovie is still the second best young player
