white bear loses to bemidji 3-1 w/en in cons. semis...

cent. is in the ship they beat wayzta 4-2 or something....and rochester beat roseau 5-4 on ot in cons. semis...

Congrats to EP! Well Done!

It has been quite a run for Centennial. This group of second year players was shooting for 3 straight state titles. They won last year and also won the pee wee title two years ago. Centennial is becoming a regular in the title game for bantams. 5 times in the last 7 years. Wow!!

Notice:

Edina PeeWee A won the State Tournament in 2004, and in 2005 won the Bantam A State Championship, and in 2006 lost in the Championship game of the State Championship in Bantam A.

Centennial PeeWee A won the State Tournament in 2005, and in 2006 won the Bantam A State Tournament, and in 2007 lost in the Championship game of the State Championship in Bantam A.

Eden Prairie PeeWee A won the State Tournament in 2006, and in 2007 won the Bantam A State Tournament, Will we see them lose in the Championship game next year just like Edina and Centennial?

Just thought that was all interesting.

Eden Prairie is a well oiled machine. They won the Bantam state title with quite a few first year players and one of their B1 teams was runner-up that division. Expect the Eagles to be a state contenter at the HS level in the next few years.

Well since I lost to Centennial in the first round and dont think they are a classy team and have a rivalry with them somewhat, I didnt want them to win the whole thing. I dont care about some stupid 3-peat for some of them or anything...that means nothing to me. I believe EP deserved it, they were the best team all season hands down and they should have been the state champion.
