Hockeyknight, I was just explaining the true fact for next year. Century is losing a ton of their talented players, so in return you tell me then who that leaves that is a strong club in 1AA...

No one. Therefore, no matter the results of this past tournament, 1AA still needs to be fixed..

This is picking a section winner, not picked how a section will be seeded. Big difference.

I think you are reffering to section 3... Wilmar isnt in 2. 2 is Orono, Blake, Breck, Richfield, Delano... etc.

Section 2 will be sweet to watch next year. to bad edina and aha didn't get to play at state last year just to make it more interesting for next year. the winner of this section will be the front runners to take the title away from the rams

Hill Murray are who they are, they get over 100 top notch hockey players trying out every year, they are well coached and even in rebuilding years there teams never have that much of a drop off. If a player thinks he has the gift to play in college or beyond from the east side, he will ussally end up at Hill. Thats why there favoredby most in 4AA

At the end of the year last year, Hill's top line consisted of a Junior and two sophmores. They should be a rock solid line for the next two years. Roseville graduated some kids, but as usual will be tough. WBL also lost some quality kids but they are always there at the end of the year. Centennial got their wish and moved to an easier section (either that or I'm just giving a shout out to my Centennial friends), and the rest of the section will have a hard time getting by those three teams. Granted, Hill-Murray being the early season favorite to win the section definately means trouble in sections...

Like you had more than one Centennial friend! Hills prayers were answered Image with Centennial leaving.

Hill should be a huge favorite to win this section. Barring injuries, it shouldn't be close. Come sections at the Coliseum, it'll be WB vs Hill. Never bet the house either way.[/img]

how can everyone say that century will win section 1aa. They have no one coming back. Knutson will probably not come back and they have a bad goalie. I look to lakeville north or south to win. North if yumusaklar goes to USHL

I heard Knutson and one other Century player are going to Lourdes next year from a pretty reliable source

That would make almost no sense, because unless they applied before april 1, they would have to sit out their entire varsity senior season.

Maybe they did apply. Are they still going to go through with it even though Haskins stepped down?
