Amen Stitch Lips.

When "The Great One" referred to Roseau's past success as "ancient history" we mere mortals assumed he was mocking the Rams chances.

What he was really doing was predicting that history would repeat itself and that the Rams would win again after a short absence which resulted in the mild slump that the rest of us now know they are "out of"

Geez, I dont know how we could have missed it.

Oh ya, I forgot about Jacques Demers. Maybe understuuud the game a little better than sum of UUUUSSSS. Yours truuullly included.

Why not just stick to the messsaaage and leave the grammmeer and speellling alone.

Unless of course the slams make won fiel bettrrrr. Maybe a little retaliation for all of the "Private school superior education banter". Who knows?

The same kind of spellchuck issues that spawned the allegory known as bluesbuddy now give rise to a similarly inspired whos_it.

Interesting. Very interesting.

Slapshooter has that right. In April of 2002 when Bluesbuddy hit this board I didn't even know it existed. My brain couldn't even begin to put 290+ posts together with that creative "accent" as he calls it.

If at 200 posts my "accent" starts to come through then one can say I am similarly inspired.

Risebrough usin' your thread line

Post by TTpuckster »

Hey Slappy,

So I'm listnin' to the sports station, KFAN, down here on the way home from work tonight and the talk show host is talking to Doug Risebrough.

Risebrough says, "You know, there is a lot of parity in the NHL, all of the top 8 teams that make the playoffs are pretty equal. So, once the playoffs start, it's really all "Up for Grabs".

Wonder where he got that?

Wait a minute there "Tiger".

Before you go running off to play golf, put that brain of yours back where it belongs.

Absolutely without a doubt, "Picture of the Year". And appropriately subtle to boot!
