Section 8AA

Section AA looks stacked again next year any thoughts on who will go to state. :

Section 8AA stacked? Roseau is a step above everyone in the section and Moorhead is probably the only team that has a legitimate chance of beating them. Brainerd is always a disappointment. This is probably one of the weaker sections in the state. Even Section 1 will have more depth than Section 8 next year.

this is not meant to take anything away from roseau or moorhead, but section 8 is weak...the st. cloud AA teams are a joke, cathedral who is A skates circles around them, brainerd is always a no-show, river lakes who is a team of about 5 small farm towns stink bad as well....it will always be roseau or moorhead from this section, period. they are two great teams a whole level above the other teams in the section...you might as well have roseau and moorhead in AAA and the rest of the section stay in AA if there was such a thing.

well can't say this isn't true...however next season may be different. If you happened to see Buffalo defeat Duluth East and Wayzata last season and play Edina, Cloquet, Minnetonka and several other strong teams tough.
