-Twins are 7-5 vs. AL East Opponents

-Twins are on a 2 game losing streak.

-Twins are 1-2 in May.

Game One, Friday, 7:10 PM
Carlos Silva, RHP, (2-1) 3.10 ERA vs. Tim Wakefield, RHP, (2-3) 2.49 ERA

Game Two, Saturday, 6:10 PM
Johan Santana, LHP, (3-2) 3.60 ERA vs. Julian Tavarez, RHP, (1-2) 7.58 ERA

Game Three, Sunday, 1:10 PM
Sidney Ponson, RHP, (2-3) 6.67 ERA vs. Curt Schilling, RHP, (3-1) 3.15 ERA

Game 2 is one of the worst mismatches I think I've ever seen. But after having said that, the Twins will probably lose.

Sidney is the new Kenny Rogers. He'll do just fine, maybe even outduel that old guy with fake blood on his sock that he uses to doctor his pitches.
