So which one of these guys are you?
My first guess is Kleinendorst, son of the former great NHL player, Scot. Second would be Schulte, and last would be Skrbec, although Jon doesn't seem like the kid that would self promote. Oh, and my opinion is that as of right now, no GR player is in the top ten in the state for the upcoming sophomore class. They all have tremendous work to put in this summer to even have a shot at making the varsity.
im pretty sure none of these kids said this about themselves because they arent like some other kid i have met from rapids  and for you saying no kid from rapids is top ten in the state i think john skrbec could definetly be up there as long as he as a productive off season

I think FANMAN already said something about putting in work over the summer

John Skrbec is a good player - looks flashy and fast, but still needs the work. I don't think his stat sheet was any higher than anybody elses last season.

ANY and ALL GR players will need to put in work over the summer if they hope to make a statement in 7AA in 07-08. I don't believe there will be the standout players like White or Stejskal, but I believe they will compete if they work like a team.
There are a few of the younger players moving up that have a shot at varsity, but they all need to put in the time.

John Skrbec is a very good player, but like all players, young and old, he has a ton of work to do to improve.

He is a very solid player, but he will not be the best sophomore next season.

Jordan Lovick, Nate Schmidt, Charlie Aus is a solid defenseman, Gavin Tufte, There was a really good kid on Edina last year that I think will be a sophmore, drawing a blank on the name though

it will not be isackson, there are better players out there than him such as walters, schmidt, and mattson even though they might go the NDTP if they dont they will be better

I still say Lovick is the most complete hockey player of any of the names mentioned *of players that I have seen play more than 3 times on this list.

Skrbec has all the skills to play varsity next season and he likes to play physical. Kleinendorst also has the talent but he's a liability defensively.
Schulte might get a chance if he gets rid of the tunnel vision and learns to pass the puck. If AJ Merritt improves his work ethic, he may get called up.

I know Mattson is good and Lovick is a skilled kid. Another that surprised me was that Knockemus from Roseau. He seemed a little out of sorts at the state tournament, but he did well during the last half of the season for Roseau and is very fast; could be something there, not sure.

Word has it from a great source at yetserdays model camp is that Ann Arbor is still watching 3 MN boys in Walters,Pitlick and Johnson. If Walters gets the invite he is going 100% positive. Johnson also confirmed yesterday that he would go if asked also. First game of model camp was agreat start with USA in the stands. HAT TRICK.

If that happens STA will have lost its top 3 scorers
1. Laresn
2. Walters
3. Lee

and their 2 year starting goalie in Crandell

i heard Matt Youso was recently in Green Bay with brother Jake and was really holding his own against junior hockey players way older than him. he should be an awesome defenseman for the broncs next season.

Your profile shows a lot of EP knowledge. You should know how to spell Thompson. Especially if you know the kid.
