I don't think it is that far fetched that Bryan Shupe will get drafted tomorrow in the NHL draft. He graduated from Jefferson in 2006 and he was second on the team with 20 goals. He was a great two way player and a phisical presence on the ice. He almost made the Green Bay Gamblers last year, but with a disapointing tryout settled for a AAA club somewhere in the Midwest (I think in Texas?)
The kid has the drive and the heart, it's just a matter of the skill in the draft which, I believe, is lacking this year.
Anyone think this kid has a shot at a late round spot?
Shupe to get drafted tomorrow??

What? I thought Shupe was a shoe in for the first round, what the f. He has been talking to Gordie Roberts from the Canadiens and Reed Larson, a long time scout from Minnesota. I saw him in the weight room yesterday, and he looked ripped look out. If he does not get drAFTED TOMORROW, I WILL BE PISSED
Apparently Shupe's hard work did pay off. He was drafted in the Russian league by the Siberian Express. Reportedly, he will be leaving for training camp next week. Congrats!Easton88 wrote:What?
