I lke the Sosa idea. The Pohlads should as well as that would put more people in the stands.State Champ 97 wrote:Trade for Sammy Sosa. The order could look something like:
Castillo 2B
Mauer C
Hunter CF
Morneau 1B
Cuddyer RF
Sosa DH
Kubel/White LF
Bartlett SS
Punto/Cirillo 3B
Trade for a 3B would be nice too.

I'm not saying having a Frank Thomas, David Ortiz, Sammy Sosa, or someone of the likes in our line up wouldn't really be good for us. But that costs money, lots of it. It's unique what the Twins do now and don't really have a DH. When people get hurt and are coming back they can hit but just not play the field.

They need a Good DH then. Anytime you bat a DH towards the bottom of the order you know you are in trouble. You should just have the pitchers hit. especially Santana since his BA is better then most position players on the teamHShockeywatcher wrote:I'm not saying having a Frank Thomas, David Ortiz, Sammy Sosa, or someone of the likes in our line up wouldn't really be good for us.
