They will be horrible. I am guessing They will go 3-22.

NOT

Of course everyone expects them to be very good. It'll be a great year for them. It is all over this board.

Look in every thread about who the top teams are going to be this upcoming season and you will see Edina. They're going to be filthy.

They do play in a very tough section and as we all know. One and you are done come February.

I honestly think they will be one of the better teams in the last few years. They might lose 1 or 2 games but look for them to shine around the end. I believe most of the top teams will all be close in talent this year.

They should easily win the 5-Team Classic Lake Conference but they're not a lock to go to the tourney. Their new section includes Holy Angels, Burnsville, and Jefferson. Weird things happen in sections.

Edina is going to be extremely dirty this year, add Anders Lee to the already killer sophomore class (now juniors). They will be tough to beat.
Third times a charm.

I can agree with weird things can happen in sections. Jefferson???? Don't believe it will be an exceptional year for the boys in powder blue.

One of the most talented teams in the State. These kids are fun to watch. They know how to move the puck, hit, and crash the net.

If these guys don't make it to state and advance past the first round, you can expect a lot of cake to be thrown in Giles "Thug Hockey" face!!!!!!!!!!!
If there is any justice, it should come down to Rams and the Hornets in the last game in March.

Gotta like the Hornets early they are stacked. I'd like to see the green teams meet on the last Saturday with the guys from the north getting number two in a row. Remember it was 30 years ago when the Hornets spoiled the undefeated Rams tourney for a second year in a row. IF both teams play to expectations throughout the season and get through sections; because the tourney is seeded the way it is now; seeing them play on Saturday is a good possibilty. In previous years with random section pairing we could have gotten a first round match-up, I believe the final in several previous state tourneys actually were the first game of the tourney. The seeding system is far from perfect, but I think it is a good thing they are trying. There usually is an upper-echlon and to see them match-up early is a shame.

Like the GR/Roseau game a year or two back where White had something like 5 points? I believe that was the best game I have ever seen in person... Glad they changed it too.

Edina will be great...

Freshman defensemen Max Everson made the varsity team. This kid is also a '93.

Is he the brother of Marshall Everson? Looks like Marshall is going to play for Harvard.
