Bantam A Scores - Only

Post by T_dub_Dad »

This is a thread for scores and feedback on the game results. I know I am as guilty as anyone, but let's try to keep this thread to the topic.

Recent Mahtomedi A Bantam Scores

Post by wingman »

Mahtomedi-9 Maple Grove 5
Mahtomedi 2 Centennial 1
Mahtomedi 1 EP 5
Mahtomedi 2 Woodbury 2
Mahtomedi 2 No St. Paul 2
Mahtomedi 5 Roseville 0

Mahtomedi has out shot all their oppenents, except for 1 (EP) and I believe that was basically even. Mahtomedi lost one kid to the fire (the wake was over quickly) and may lose Two more to the High School program, (one of them scored one goal in 10 games/scrimmages to date and his attitude well--again a very short wake--and his daddy is the high school coach so go figure) the other one is special, but now maybe the rest of the team can get the respect they deserve. Last time I looked it takes 5 kids to forecheck properly and it takes ALL 4 (or 3 alot of the times in district 2) to penalty kill. Since I believe they were the only team to give EP a good game at the Centennial Jamboree, they could be one to watch!!!! Definitely deserving of a ranking amongst the top 10

The message was already sent by me to keep the original topic to scores, and there's been compliance since then. No need for another topic devoted to the same thing.
