Fire 5 Wayzata 1; Good game. Wayzata had many scoring chances but Fire goalie played very well.

The 95 Fire is a very, very good team..
Need to give the associations time to catch up. The Fire have been going since Sept 1st.
The Edina Christmas Tourney will be a good measurement - If the Fire is still knocking heads after those games - Then we must bow down...

my bad, eagan beat North St. Paul 3-0 in that scrimmage, shouldn't believe everything you hear along the boards I guess.

yep...I was there. Woodbury looked very good, relentless (sp?) would be a good word to describe that team, they never stop coming at you, there was one 1:30 period of time the puck never left the Lakeville zone, and it took me a while to realize Woodbury was a man down, shorthanded. We will see as the season rolls on. Slapper, were you in attendence??
