Cloquet certainly is not the most comfy place to watch a game, especially when you go there as part of a huge visiting fan base and are wedged in like sardines, but in terms of pure atmosphere it's like nothing else.

The DECC is great for sections and East-Cloquet, but it's really too big to be a regular home arena for a HS team. East draws pretty good crowds, but the arena makes them look pretty tiny and ruins the atmosphere somewhat, unless it's a big game. Hopefully the Heritage Arena will improve that, though the more important games should still be in the DECC, which is amazing when packed.

Hibbing is pretty sweet, the DECC is great for sections and big games, and places like Cloquet and Rapids are pretty awesome for big games.

Memorial in Roseau:
There are a few ghost stories in the old barn. Working some late nights that kind of give you the willies... But then you just remembered that all they wanted was to get out on the ice and skate..
