You should check this out the website hasn't started yet, but it sounds pretty good. http://media.myfoxtwincities.com/foxhil ... /index.htm
It is supposed to start up on november 26. It is supposed to stream some live prep hockey, and have a show every Monday sounds good to me.[/url]

EDIT
After viewing the only video currently on the site, I have a lot of doubts about what it is going to end up being like.
The U invented swagger.

Fox Hilites is a project that Fox has set up with Local High Schools where TV Club kids can edit and send in videos. They aren't whole games, but it would probably be like 5 minute highlight reels of good plays from games. It worked out ok with Football this year, hopefully they'll get more schools to participate in Hockey. I'm trying to get plenty of Wayzata and Apple Valley clips from games I attend to upload. The idea that there will be streaming hockey games is misleading, you will simply be able to look at clips from games. And watch Jim Rich be horrible at commentating Hockey.

Can't wait
With the Wagon Train it will not be good, it'll be great.
His old cable show "Overtime" was outstanding.
I'll check it out for sure.

KMSP Minneapolis launches MyFoxHockey.com
TVNEWSDAY, Nov. 19, 3:13 PM ET
By Staff
Fox O&O KMSP Minneapolis has launched MyFoxHockey.com, a Web site dedicated to showcasing Minnesota’s high school hockey teams.
Story continues after the ad
In making the announcement, Carol Rueppel, the station’s vice president and general manager, stated: “We are thrilled to give Minnesota hockey fans a go-to destination for news, stats and video of their favorite high school teams as part of our continuing commitment to local sports coverage.”
Each Monday, the site will feature a live half-hour webcast, “Minnesota Hockey on Demand,” starting Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. CT. Hosted by KMSP Sports Director Jim Rich and coach/analyst, Pete Waggoner, the program will include game highlights, video of top players from across the state, updates on college and professional games and an interactive chat with fans.
Beginning Thursday, Nov. 29, and continuing weekly throughout the season, MyFoxHockey.com will also present a live stream of one high school match-up. Waggoner will present the play-by-play and color analysis will be provided by local hockey experts. The first game will be Wayzata High School vs. St. Paul’s Hill-Murray.
All highlights will also be posted on FoxHiLitesTwinCities.com, the station’s comprehensive high school-focused online video sharing and social network. FoxHilitesTwinCities.com encourages students to act as local news teams, covering life inside and outside their classrooms. This includes high school athletics, dramatic performances and academic events. Users can upload highlights from games they attend, as well as vote on match-ups for KMSP sports to cover that week.

Could be promissing... I'll withhold judgment until I see the real thing though.
It does look like one more online option for live games though. Add that to the games on CCS, Channel 12, and the FSN schedule, and it sure looks like there will be more opportunity to see high school hockey from the comfort of your own livingroom than ever before.

"It's a good thing."
