Edinagoalie0-

If the trap was boring to you, maybe we could entertain you with a spelling contest. Let's start with spelling Wayzata..now you try spelling it on your own.

It worked against Buffalo...and limited Edina 5 on 5 chances...difference in game was Edina PP vs Wayzata's...Wayzata had a chance early to be ahead in this one...

Not complaining but Buffalo had 12 penalties in first game and numerous questionable calls in second game..especially when Bison were applying pressure...seemed Refs did not like the Bison and certainly did not help Bison chances of pulling off a win or two as the spent 2nd and 3rd period vs Wayzata in Penalty box and most of the third period against MG in the sin bin. Additionally, Bison gained a Five on three versus Wayzata and held that advantage exactly 4 seconds...unreal make up call in that game.

Dissappointing start for Bison as they played well 5 on 5 only to be seated in the box on several ticky tacky calls.
Sour grapes, Ho? The refs "did not like the Bison"??? :-({|=
Let's face it, Buffalo was the weakest program coming in. As much as Buffalo wishes they were a top flite program, they're not quite there...........yet. I'd give them credit for hanging in there, against both Wayzata and Maple Grove. It would have been ugly against Edina. =D>

Last meeting between Wayzata and Buffalo previous to last weekend:

Buffalo 3
Wayzata 1

Last meeting between Edina and Bison:

Edina 5
Bison 3

Last meeting between Duluth East and Buffalo:

Bison 3
DE 1

Wayzata had 5 more PP chances then Buffalo...it's just a fact. Buffalo 5 on 3 lasted 4 seconds...another fact.

Bison have a long way to go in establishing history like Wayzata...however, the Bison on any given night can and have risen to the occasion.

It's a long season...Bison have Moorhead 12-8 and should be 'knock on wood' completely healthy by then.

To all Bison naysayers:

Out of the ashes they rose
What were they thinking skating so hard
What were they thinking to be so bold
They never looked back
Traveling beyond all expectation
Hockey became nothing but an adventure for them
The mighty Bison will rise again and trample the Trojans before them

Poetry is a hobby of mine...by the looks of it I better not quit the day job:)

Poetry is a hobby of yours? What a coincidence! Me too!! :^o

Looky there, up high in the stands,
from atop the bleachers, cupping his hands,
it's a Bison supporter, loud as can be,
berating the refs, oh why can't they see?
The Bison were jobbed, they should have won,
both Friday and Saturday, at least 15 to 1.
What am I to do, an athletic supporter in dismay,
I'll complain about the ref'ing, that'll make my day!! \:D/

Pretty funny I have to admit
even if it was written by a 'bored' twit
It seemed you had fun, poking fun at me
and to put down Bison fans, shame on thee
I guess I was hopeful, you would come to see
that the Bison were robbed, by your brother in law... Lee
After the game, as you slide your bald head in the Jag
I’ll only ask you to remember only one last thing
That the money, fake knockers and all that bling
Is only an illusion, like having a fling
Because Way Out West, when time gets closer to what we call spring
It will be Bison fans all over, who will sing
"Be a teammate first"

Snoop Dogg-
This is getting to sound a bit like "50 Cent meets Jethro Bodine."
I'm seriously not interested in an "8-mile like" throwdown.
Good luck with the Bison. You're a little harsh on the Wayzata nation. I wonder what stereotypes they'd attribute to you? [-X
Never mind. I think I can guess.

If I am a bumpkin then you are democrat...you fired the first shot...thought i'd fire back. In all seriousness I really like Carl Davis and wish the Trojans well.
