Faribault over East
I have never made any Austin predictions, why would I start now.
The AL/Mayo game will be a good one. This game could have an effect on who wins the big 9. Two of the best goalies in the big 9 match up. The first lines are also about equal. It may come down to who has the better 2nd or 3rd lines. This game can come down to who gets that one extra save or extraordinary goal. I have counted one chicken in the MW victory and will give AL one more chicken with another OT victory 3-2.

If you can keep your head when all those about you are losing theirs, then you will be a goalie Christmaseve...

Jet and RSI must be lost in space. There is no way that AL will beat Mayo. Mayo is just too strong. They will probably be the big nine champs again. Heck, even Tinysota doesn't believe in his own team. He hasn't liked his team from day one. He just constantly spins around the isssue like some southern minnesota liberal inbred democrat.
The real game of importance will be thursday when Faribault beats Austin to redeem themselves. And yes I am looking past tonight.

HEY BUZZARD: This conservative republican with more moxie in his little finger (or should I say talon) than in your WHOLE body is taking a stand.falcons89 wrote:There is no way that AL will beat Mayo. After watching the great AL tiger ladies take the not so great Mayo team into OT, I am convinced that they are for REAL.
AL lost 4-3, but this game clearly satisfied me that AL will ROLL over Section 1A!! Believe it.

PS--how bad did East beat you?
PS2--RSI, you were almost right on with that score...so close tonite!!!

Faribault 11 Mankato East 1
Bring on Austin. I see an easy two in a row. The battle is for the 2nd seed.
Tinysota, you closet democrat, it is finally nice that you have taken your first step into manhood and told us how you really feel. Where has tigertime gone? I miss her. In fact I miss all those wonderful AL posts.

AL @ East
New Prague @ Northfield
Faribo @ Austin
- I'll take AL

- Irrelevant
- Austin is better than we've (me) been giving them credit. Either that or I was way off on Owatonna. Austin 5, Faribo 3

Once again, I see the water in AL is tainted with some type of drug. I was the only one right about the fact that AL would lose to Mayo. So I carry more weight with my predictions. And that is not a fat joke.
Albert Lea's All- time, All-star team will beat ME.
Faribault 6 Austin 2. We have Austin completely figured out. #2 seed, here we come.
Hey tigertime, how did KH look?

What local Austin news station do you watch in college? You silly genetically impaired AL/Maybe Austin, high schooler.taking names wrote:I think we got a sleeper in our section now. On the news sound as if #6 stole the spot light
After over 24 hours of mourning, I have come out of my shell. Congrats Austin, we had a strategy and it worked for 2 periods, and then your team broke it. Austin really isn't that good to be a sleeper. We all know what they are. State goes through Albert Lea's #5 and KH.
OK, so I missed one prediction in which I was peering through falcon colored glasses. My predictions for tues.
Albert Lea's All time, Allstar team of 07-08: 7
Austin(strong second, but far away from first): 3
Northfield 4
Redwing 3
Faribault( future spoiler) 2
Owatonna 4

OK---so, clue me in on that strategy.falcons89 wrote:Congrats Austin, we had a strategy and it worked for 2 periods, and then your team broke it...State goes through Albert Lea's #5 and KH.

State goes through the TEAM, not the INDIVIDUAL. The TEAM needs to remember that.
My predictions:
Albert Lea 4
Austin 3
Northfield 2
Redwing 1
Faribault [spoiler in 2009-2010] 2
Owatonna 4

I'm not sure how important this is to this thread, but Northfield only lost to New Prague 2-1. I think it'll be more than a one goal difference game against Red Wing.
I'd like to see a rematch between Northfield and Austin, and Nfld and Albert Lea, now that Northfield has a few games under their belt and are playing quite well.
