Lundy is back
and is feeling fine
it's about time
he spits his own little rhyme.
Where in the depths of hell
did he go
only to wreck his shot
at the show
once he was possesed
his soul should have died
only to chase a dream
and a slice of the pie
He comes back to you as a friend
unless someone crosses him again
He tells it like it is
as he drinks his brew
having him back will be A DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!
But the man clearly has skills so we are glad he is here.
What a dreamy day.
Its sunny and warm and we have the Vikings on MNF tonight.
The Wild had a good weekend and the TWolves are still clinging to that 3rd win.
Gophers are off for finals but are geared uo to go out and play .500 hockey for the rest of the season.
I have heard that coach Lucia is using the time off to scout the orphanges for players. He figures if they wont give him that "Dream" job at the orphanage, he will just have to bring the orphans to him. I say hang in there Donny boy, if things keep goin the way they are, your "Dream " will come true.
But I will be stocking the fridge for a couole of my pals who are comin over tonight towatch the game. Shoot, that reminds me, I better pick up some Jack.
Bears vs Vikings on MNF..."Its Like a Deam Come True"

Yet another blatent omission of another tick in the "W" column for the Johnson pucksters - extending the streak to 4 in a row now. I'm starting to take personal offense, PB.
Lest we forget about the Govs' roundballers who have begun paving the "Tarmac to Target Center" (not good, I know, but it's the most alliterative thing I could think of on short notice), by kicking around a couple of teams - who I guess are pretty good or something... maybe not, I don't know... and off to a 2-0 start!
Ah yes - it's a great day on the Eastside. Just be sure to walk in pairs while enjoying the sun.

I once wore my HS hockey jersey to a party in college. At the party I had a complete stranger walk up to me a say "hey, did you play for those guys, dude, that win over you guys changed our season, that was the turning point."
Glad to see the Pirates are still capable of this.

December 7, 2007, "A Day of Infamy" once again.
Our curse, A Dream Come True for everybody else.
Ironic that the Pirates would RIGHT a lot of ships...
The Vikings play was not very dreamy but they are now 8-6 and after their bad start "Its Like a Dream Come True"
Its a good thing that I had plenty of jack on hand last night. It came in handy after #7 threw that boomerang that led to the Bears only TD.
The Catholics are on TV again tonight. Should be a good game between STA and CDH.
It will be like a Hollywood premier with all of the limos pulling up to Highland arena and all of the rich folks getting out to go in and watch the game. The seating will be cramped with all of the mink coats taking up so much space. Get there early for the valet parking.
Anyway, for the massive recruiting efforts that are now ongoing, the TV exposure is well, "Its Like a Dream Come True"
The Vikings continue to put the crescendo on the holiday season by knocking off the deaf dumb and blind. With one swing of the broom last night they eliminated AZ, PHI, and CHI from the playoff train.
Tubby and the Boys look as though they will enter Big 10 play at 10-1. If they can muscle out 1 win a week during the soft Big 10 schedule they'll be going dancing.
The LOW Bears drift into Pirate waters tonight having lost three in a row by a combined score of 27-2.
Even the Wolves played whoever they played last night to a two possession game.
My most special sports life It's like a dream come true.
Did I post some stuff or was it just my imagination , once again, runnin away with me.
But we need imagination or there are no "Dreams"
In Dreams, the Vikings win big tonight.
In Dreams, the game on MSN Tuesday will be a good one.
In Dreams, I will have enough Jack on hand for both events.
In Dreams.
Speaking of In Dreams PB.
I was "bored", and the wife had me locked up in the house last Friday night, and low and behold a special was on called "In Dreams" the Roy Orbison story I found it to be quite entertaining to watch.
I'm sure you've seen it... man! he was a great influence on many of the best rockers that ever lived.... It was "Like A Dream come True" and a voice that sets him apart from any other!

Don't start that or you will have PB...'Cryyying..'
Seriously, somebody has got to splash some water on me and wake me up from this Dream Come True.
Man, everything is so great, I don’t know where to start, this is suppose to be the giving time of the year and all I do is take take take.
All my favorite hockey teams were in action last night and you know what, none of them lost. The Pirates and Stars finally got the double date they were looking for with their stepsisters the Hooper Twins, with a little advice from Fonzie they even made it all the way up to Inspiration Point. Things didn’t work out for the Stars but the Pirates sure planted a big one. Wa, Wa, Wa.
The Wild, now that was something special last night, a three pack in the 3rd to steal a victory away from Music City.
Soon to be Out of Tim(e) Brewster isn’t wasting time preparing for a meaningless bowl game against a 7th place SEC or ACC 10 team these days. No, he’s out pressing flesh with parents and new recruits. Coach Brewster is saving the U some money as well, instead of heading all the way down to Florida or Texas he’s finding those skilled position players right here in Stearns and Marshall counties.
Ah the Twins, they’ve successfully landed the entire left side of an infield from a light hitting NL club that wasn’t anywhere near the post season last year. When do pitchers and catchers report?
And finally, Gov's Governors didn't legislate all over Tartan the way I hoped but that is still 4 out of 5 as they continue to build an army of support to become the AA Darling come late February.
You know, if this isn’t a Dream Come True, I at very least expect a call from that barrel chested Miller beer delivery guy to inform me that I am living the High Life.

'Twas a heartbreaking loss last night - I was hoping that they would at least stay competitive. Ah, but after struggling through a rugged stretch of scheduling in the early season ( ) things look to turn in the Governors' favor for the foreseeable future:
MV (1-4)
Kennedy (0-9)
Minneapolis East (2-5)
Northfield (3-4)
Park (1-5)
Eveleth (3-7)
LOW (1-8-1... IS!)
Como (2-6)
Minneapolis West (2-3-1)
Monitcello (2-5)
Cambridge (3-4)
Two Harbors (3-4)
A combined .264 winning percentage. Smells like a #1 seed in 4AA if you ask me!
It is like a dream come true! A little barley pop wouldn't hurt either.
I like how you slipped that little clip of you in at the 50 second mark, after last nights game, most eyes probably wouldn't catch that but nooooo! you didn't fool me!
Mr. Dreamer....... I went with the Raiders *%T%$#..
Oh! pardon my outburst, thought I was still in the Nightmare thread.
Sorry about that CNT. It was a good pick becuase it went "Against the Grain" of the other contestants and the score could have been different.
Talk about "In Dreams" though. It appears the Gophers best player is leaving for the pros. Okposo is gone to NY according to reliable minnhock reports.
Start spreadin the news, he's leavin today......
How great is that? Now that .500 season we have been talking about is truly in reach.
Its a sad day for Gopher fans but for Kyle "Its Like a Dream Come True"
For my favorite coach though "Its Like a Nightmare"
It's like a dream come true for gopher fans too - it is better to battle and earn what you can with teammates that want to be there and have your back.
