That Graves kid from Bemidji is solid. Great mechanics.

Burnsville goalie is not solid. No clue where you got that from.

Drew Wohlfiel from Dodge County is probably another name that should be mentioned on here. The kid has amazing speed, some sick dangles and can snipe any goalie. Watch him sometime if you get a chance.

I agree with Marshall, Rau, Rudnick ... don't know who the Woodbury, Minnetonka, Dodge County kids are. I saw Hastings play in Bville ... and Nelson is definitely their best player. Eagan??? - Labate is the best Bantam eligible player from there. Nice call on Smith.

MY PUCK - have you watched roseau play in the last few weeks? crosson is creating all kinds of offense from the back side and is without a doubt tops on defense. atleast in the games im watching maybe your watching diffrent games than i do.

Watchdog I think that crosson kid is a pretty good offensive defensmen but when it comes to defense he is horrible. He is going to have to learn how to stay out of the play and try to help his goalie and defensive partners

hes played how many games at defense? it could take some time to prefect the position but to say hes not a top defenseman on the team is total crap. i guess the best forward line has to be broten gjovik and nelson. let the kid adjust and qiet crying about everything were suppose to be a TEAM. i hate seeing people on here taken jabs at people on their own TEAM thats the reason i spoke up in the first place.. if the parents dont make an effort to be one how can we expect the team to be as one? we dont have to like eveyone one but we need to get along. i think crosson puts out a great effort and is a big asset to the team but for some reason or another you chose to try to drag the kid down. i cant figure it out do you want to win hockey games or just see certain people on the team succeed? at any rate coming on this board or whispering in the corner isnt gona resolve the situation or make it any better. pull things together and pull this team together stop worrying about stats and do roseau proud by winning hockey games! its gona take a team effort in the end to win but you already know that. it just depends if thats what you want or is it just how did i finish.

Well said. I wish more out there - especially in youth hockey - felt the same, or voiced that same reasoning. Over the last 4 years, I've seen the youth teams in my area become more about the parents than the players. The parents all want theirs to be noticed and recognized for accomplishments above and beyond the team. You'll see evidence in that regard when little Billy's dad says his son actually got this goal or that goal rather than another player. WHO CARES? The team scored. This attitude then trickles down into the player's young brain and they start trying to be bigger than the the team. Now you have team dissention rather than harmony. I've said it before and I'll restate it for those that care. Parents should support one another as well as ALL players on the ice. Players should play for the kid sitting next to him rather than himself. As the great Herb Brooks once said, "The sum of the whole is greater than the parts." Words to live by.

hey we all have or moments of weakness. we loose a game and you blame it on this kid or that kid than you cool down and realize its a team effort. in the end thats all that really matters the freindships we make are what we live for. its not just this situation its all of us including myself that has to make the best of it. i keep saying i love my town and the people in it and thats why i have pation for roseau hockey. i argue all the time on this board but i like to keep it to the cidiots only  we need to put aside the crap and focus on what counts the days are numberd march is just around the corner for a chance at a tiny peice of history in the state of hockey.

i agree he is creating offense but still needs to play a little more defense!!! this could hurt them against a good team! but he is by far the best d out there. :D
