TRF PeeWee B tourney

Does anyone know what the final score between Elk River and Mandan (I think) was last Sunday 16th?

How about how Elk River's B1 team stacks up against the other B teams in the Cities area.

In the pool play they only had one goal scored against them.

There were rumblings that they sent their A team to this tournament.
Their first three games were 14-0, 9-0 and 11-1. Not much competition for them.

I would imagine that they are just that good. There is no way an association registered with Minnesota Hockey is going to put themselves out there and send an A team to a B tournament. There would be some major sanctions against them if they did. Not only that, but if Elk River sent their Pee Wee A team, they would have beaten everyone by at least 15 goals......skating backwards.

Did this team beat your team that badly? Maybe your team isn't as good as they think they are? Not trying to be a jerk, but that is reality.

I did a little looking and found on their website that they have a A, B1 and 2-B2 teams. I only ask because another one of the GF teams was in a tourney in Brainard and said that the ER there was not very good.

I would assume if we had a B1 team that we would have held our own but we make three equal teams for our B teams.

There was people there that were saying that it was their A team but I found it hard to believe. I know I certainly wouldn't want to take my older son's A team there it would not be any fun.

It would be like our swing out to the western part of ND where we played 3 games and won with a combined score of 41-1.

Still looking for the final score of the Championship game.
