No love for the Rebels
With the tale of the upset being told in the NWSC, why hasn't anyone mentioned the 6-1 Champlin Park Rebels? With a win at Fogerty against the heavy favorite Blaine and an overtime win against Maple Grove, it's kind of pathetic how this team never gets the respect they deserve. Boasting a highly talented first line and a great goalie to back them up, this team has the makings of a 5AA contender and potential to take the NWSC. All we hear is Blaine this, Centennial that, but the record doesn't lie. Any team that can go into Blaine and knock them off has to be considered one of the top in the conference. Period.

they beat john marshall, North st. paul, North metro, Maple Grove who is not very good a sub par coon rapids team the only okay win was Blaine and Blaine has been playing bad this year and the rebels lost 3-0 to wayzata the only good team they have played. If they still only have one loss going into the Centennial game and play them close then i will give them some respect until then they are just a team taking advantage of an extremely weak schedule.

Blaine
Isn't taking down Blaine at Fogerty respectable enough to warrant them a place atop the NWSC?
