Marshall in a walk...I've seen Hibbing and they aren't very good. They were only able to muster 8 total shots on an very good Class A Warroad team and a dozen shots against an even better Rams team. They rolled over by the middle of the second period in both games.

Marshall is good this year, but I don't think there's any way this will be quite running time. I think it will be a pretty good battle between these two 7A teams. Hopefully it will help settle some of the seeding considering Marshall and I-Falls aren't playing each other...I guess we'll see.

I want to say Hibbing is going to win this one to get the wheels turning, but they just don't have it this year..

So much for running time huh BIAFP. Hibbing isnt that bad and Duluth Marshall isnt that great. Both teams looked very well in this one. This was a good game all around. A few softys Hibbing gave up, and Marshall capitalized. Puck wasnt bouncing in Hibbings favor, but thats hockey.

Hibbing's one line and bad defense isn't going to get them very far this year. The top two defensemen last night, 10 and 19, played good but after that it wasn't pretty. Hibbing has a lot of work cut out for them if they want to get to the X in March.

i think that marshall has one of the best defense in the state. #2 and #3 in the state playing together. dano jouques and lany olson. also 2 very solid lines with hafferty and mausolf on a line is deadly. itll be interesting what goes on

Hibbing should not be counted out yet. I expect them to turn their record around to the positive side. DM has a nice first line and second line matched up with Hibbings first line most of the game and held their own.
