Best Player on Hill-Murray ?

Post by H-M 4 Life »

Just wondering who everyone thinks is the best player on Hill-Murray. I think its Ryan Furne but I don't there's some top talent on the team. Here are some players that I thought are top players but name others if you think otherwise.

Hard to compare skaters and goalies, but I got to go with Phillipi.

Isaac Kohls is the best to me. He works the hardest and really makes the second line go...

Dan Sova should be on the list not Zepeda. Zepeda's idea of playing without the puck is sneaking behind the opposing defense. I saw Hill lose a draw once in their own end and Zepeda was still heading to the neutral zone. Furne is my pick.

They all have strong parts of thier game. But I would say Furne is the most complete player. Widing should be added to the list. Granted Lechner does not play but he has done a great job of keeping all this talent focused and playing together.

Hill's Best Player

Zepeda is overrated. He does have great speed, but all he does is play suckhole at the other team's blueline all game. He benefits from playing with more complete players around him.

looks like Zapeda is UNDERRATED at 38%....leading the vote!

He does have honest skill and you don't have to watch him celebrate like a spoiled brat........ Zapeda after a goal.

Don't coaches care about the show boating or are we destined for Chad Johnson antics?!

Zepeda is talented, but he seems like he gets rid of the puck as soon as he sees someone coming to hit him. It could be just me, but it looked like he'd rather ice the puck every time than get checked.

At least one scout seemed interested in Cecka during the WBL semifinal game.

I like Furne, too, at both ends of the ice.

The whole team needs to play with more energy by March, though (keep your feet moving).

Tyler's a great High school player and has alot of skill, but my opinion is he won't be be able to carry it on after high school. His size and his heart will hold him back. Ryan Furne all the way.

The ones that played the Tartan and Minnetonka games. They are the best

Why does WBL have such a mental block with HM :?:

I have to go with Cecka on this one. He is like a speedy bulldog on the ice who just plows his way through the traffic and has a rocket for a slap shot.

There is two guys missing from this list. Isaac Kohls and Nick Widing. These two kids have been lighting it up. Widing has been a one man wrecking crew and Kohls has been finding the back of net. These two kids is who I pick.
