This is not one you would think of when you go by talent alone...however, if you want a duo of players who work extremely well together and get a ton accomplished for their abilities, I think Mayo's little gnats - probably not much more than 260 lbs combined - Alex Whitney and Brad Fisher.
They are great playmakers and work so well together - one reason for Alexander's great success this year. They also are great on the PK together. Again, nothing flashy and certainly not D-I prospects but a great combo.
Mankato West's Leiverman and Litchfield are a great pair - great passers and finishers.

Hands down and objective.....Budish and Everson
honorable mentions:
those two from burnsville (is it hendrickson and barnes?)
percy and brown (although I am hesitant to give them credit because Rosemount is very overrated and from what I have seen those two are not team players....and the team record as oppose to JT's point standing reflects this)

Percy and Brown have been linemates from I'm pretty sure second year squirt A's until now, they know where eachother are at all times and they are a great duo, if not one of the best in the state. eagle4life9 you keep saying that Percy and Porter benefit from playing with Mr.Brown that would mean that they have more goals than him because they would be "benefiting" from JT..BUT if you look Percy has 17 assists and Porter has 12 assists, so therefore they would be assisting to JT's great start not benefiting. And from one of your ealier posts it said that you have played against them since squirts?? How come they are still playing and doing well and you're behind your computer screen talking them down?eagle4life9 wrote:I wouldnt give JT and Percy the best duo because its just JT. Percy and Porter are just average players who are benefiting from playing with JT.

Good Duo's

Hendrickson/Barnes
Percy/Brown
Everson/Budish
Litchfield/Lieverman

With Connor Gaarder they are the one of the best lines, he is very underrated and should not be discounted as a key part of the line. Connor fights for the puck in the corner, shoots and passes well and is very good defensively. He also has a ton of points.ehshockey wrote:Zach Budish and Marshall Everson Obviously!
My point is, it is really hard to have a duo without the third linemate, and Connor should be given as much credit as Budish and Everson for the lines great work.

Great point! It takes all 3 forwards on a line to really make it work..for the Edina trio...having Joe Gleason with them also makes a HUGE difference.scoreboard33 wrote:With Connor Gaarder they are the one of the best lines, he is very underrated and should not be discounted as a key part of the line. For Anoka...Belisle (21 pts)...O'Neill (22 pts)...and Scott (19 pts) are also a top line.
