These kids have had some great battles over the years.

Edina's seniors beat Centennial's seniors 1-0 in the state bantam final.

Centennial's juniors beat Edina's juniors 5-3 in the state bantam final.

Right now Centennial is playing well below expectations. If they show up it could be a great battle. As of now I would suspect an Edina win around 5-2!

The way Centennial has been going lately, that is a very good possibility.

I think this will be a great game. Centennial will be high after beating East in the shootout. They've struggled recently, but I think that was the turning-point. I think you'll see the best playing Centennial team this year.

However, I think Edina is a better team. They are more predictable. Edina will win by 1 goal.

Centennial's defense looked a lot better in the rematch against East, but I'd attribute the outcome of that game more to a flat, tired East team than anything Centennial did right. Edina should win handily.

Centennial's arena only seats 1000 so probably a sell out.

I hate to say this but Edina. Have not seen Centennial play but heard they not good this year. Hope Centennial goaltender can shut down Edina for an upset!

I don't think that I would say Centennial is not "good", i would say they are more in a slump. We will see how long it lasts.
