I will guarantee you that Crookston is the best 1-7-1 team in the state!

I agree Neutron, they should've been the #1. It's old news though, we'll see where the computer puts them this week when they move into the 2 win rankings.

Why Mr. Shanty.........

Are you projecting that the PI-RATES will sail right over the Wave on Tuesday, or will they capture a Prowler on Thursday, or are you projecting the PI-RATES will maul the Warriors on Saturday?

Because, I expect, in either ot these scenarios, they will improve their PI-RATING.

OK.
I have bad information.
On the Minnesota Boy's High School Hockey site it shows the following:

Crookston @ EGF tonight
TRF at Crookston on Thursday and
Crookston at Warroad on Saturday.

But I'll believe you first MR. SHANTY.

Crookston will probablay be at 5 wins after this week. At least 4, East Side may give them trouble.

HAL has spit out the new polls and we've got a new No. #1

Crookston could hold onto the top spot from here on out, with Roseau, Warroad, Park Rapids, EGF, and Red River still left on the schedule, the win total may not move but the strength of schedule will skyrocket.

2 Win Class Rankings
1. Crookston 2-11-1
2. Rochester JM 2-14
3. Mankato East 2-10-1
4. Duluth Central 2-13
5. Becker 2-12
6. Silver Bay 2-14
7. Fairmont 2-10

Walker has a chance to move up as they play Bagley a little later in the season...
A loss to Bagley would move Walker up to #7 and put BCGF (whatever order) into another level.

Let's see here....2 plus 4, 12 plus 6, carry the one.

elliott forsees the Pirates finishing 6-18-1........not a bad finish I'd say.

That would put Crookston at #6 (if they get by Bagley or Walker in the Playin) playing Bemidji #3. PR would fall to #4 as a result of the Crookston loss and maybe even #5 depending on their TR result.
