Ya, and he wanted to transfer to Roseau. Can you imagine him and Ness paired together? Bet the Rams are regretting their decision of not excepting his transfer request.polars wrote:#10 for Warroad can really fly.G-Nos616 wrote:Just wondering what everyones thoughts were on who the fastest skaters are.

At this point i highly doubt if the rams are regretting much of anything.roll4lines wrote:Ya, and he wanted to transfer to Roseau. Can you imagine him and Ness paired together? Was it before the spring deadline of no penalty?
Open enrollment still lives on...(there's just a sports penalty)or was it a situation where they couldn't accept any more students??

Roseau didn't have any more room on their JV.

I believe you need to add Youso and Johnson. Both can fly.Art=BAD_ICE wrote:Here is a list of who i think are the best/fastest skaters in the state.
Lehrke- Park Rapids
Mueller- Roseville
Gleason- Edina
Gardiner- Minnetonka
Ness- Roseau
Birkholz- Blake
Student- BSM
Do I have to shadow Pavelich again coach?

this is a pretty futile argument about who is the fastest skater...tough to chat about since most people do not have a chance to check out all the different players unless they play in the state tourney or on FSN....i for one would love to see a skills competition the on FSN the night b4 the state tourney begins...granted that would get in the way of the banquet and all...but it would be fun to see both class a and aa players together that have been nominated by coaches compete like they do in an nhl all star competition for fastest skater, hardest shot, shooting accuracy, and breakaways...not sure how much stock you can put into a competition like that when some of the best players will be more focused on winning the tourney, but i for one would love watching it with a cold beer in my hand on the couch.
