Woodbury at Roseville (Jan. 10th)

Post by wbmd »

This could be another good S.E.C. match-up. Right now both teams are tied with Cretin for the league lead.

Any thoughts and or predictions are more than welcome.

Should be a good game. Winner stays in the race. I'll take the Raiders.

Roseville: 3
Royals: 1

Home ice says the Raiders will win, though it will be close.

Woodbury is the better team. They should win by 2 or 3.

Should be an interesting game, especially considering Hastings has beaten both teams.

Roseville's loss to Hastings was on home ice so I can't give an advantage there. As usual with the Raiders, it will depend upon goaltending. They have the horses to get it done though.

Before you critique me that all games depend upon goaltending let me just say that unless you have seen the Raiders at their worst you wouldn't understand. If they could pull together some consistency back there, this team could crack into the top 10.

They got a 2 game shutout streak going. Can they make it 3? We'll soon see.

Woodbury- 4
Roseville- 0

Final

Nice game by both squads. Teams basicaly played even. Alot of speed on both sides. Bounces went in favor of teh Royals and Wigen was rock solid in net.
