Haha there he is. :D

I will admit, and I must say shamefully, that CP has an 0-27 record vs. ER these past years. But, trust me, they are ready to make it 1-27.

*Edit*

But I must admit I watched the Edina v ER game online, and ER's tender made some pretty nice saves.

I really am sorry to hear you are a CP fan. Must be tough to watch all the youth talent (or whatever you can call it coming out of CP) go other places. That said, there must be a reason for it.

Your are right. There has been a flood of Elk River born talent flooding out of that god forsaken town since Dan Hinote graduated. Oh wait never mind there hasnt. :D

I believe last year your top line, and best two d, were not ER natives. Must have something to do with the pollution from the powerplant. :P

What do you think Sarslands reaction will be assuming CP does come away with this one? A little after hours skate in the barn?

Wheres the Thirst at lol. I started this thread knowing there would be some tension, but there is a little more than I had expected even. Hopefully ER has their applause button so CP can hit it all night long. :D

I have been pondering for awhile and cant come to the same conclusion as you. CP definitely isnt a great team, but they obviously can win games, 5 in conference and 9 total. Now if you were to say Sleepy Eye cant win games, I would have to agree.

CP - 6
ER - 1

I take it you might want to revise your "hypothesis" on CP Hockey.

As a former Rebel, it is sweet to hear we finally got the Elks. No disrespect. They have nice program up there. Always tough to play in their own rink. I had the pleasure of getting walloped by Martin in his hay days. Who knows, maybe the Rebels can mount another miracle tourney run like they did in '95. Anyone remember the Rebels beating Anoka at the Colisseum that year in the section finals?

Dropping Gloves, do you know Nick Welch? He was the funnest goalie to play in your era.
