i think Cloquet and PHM could be switched around. Both are good teams and each had upsets in the seasonboblee wrote:Seeding meeting week from tomorrow.

I actually have a feeling that if Cloquet beats Duluth they could fly up to the two seed.trojangoalie241 wrote:i think Cloquet and PHM could be switched around. Both are good teams and each had upsets in the seasonboblee wrote:Seeding meeting week from tomorrow.

Could happen. Right now in the LSC, Proctor is on top having played 22 games and having a .773 win percentage, Duluth is second with 21 games played and a .714 win percentage, and Cloquet is last with 21 games played and a .548 win percentage.boblee wrote:I actually have a feeling that if Cloquet beats Duluth they could fly up to the two seed.trojangoalie241 wrote:i think Cloquet and PHM could be switched around. Earlier in the season, I think only about 2 or 3 weeks in, Cloquet and Duluth played and Duluth won 2-1 in overtime so Thursday's game will be very intense, very good, and will decide the conference winner.
Proctor doesn't play again until Saturday when they face-off against Chisago Lakes which should also be a pretty good game.

Duluth won the LSC last night with a win over Cloquet (4-1).
If PHM can beat Cloquet, they will likely swith spots. That could set up two very interesting semi-finals.

I'm not questioning the coaches' seedings, but at this point in the year I believe Chisago Lakes is a better team than St. Francis and possibly Cambridge as well.boblee wrote:7AA pairings:

Yea right, thats why they just lost St Francis 4-2 and they also lost to Cambridge 6-1.
They have the worst record in the section, they are seeded right where they belong.

Re: Chisago
Maybe so, but as GOCARDS1 points out below, they did just beat Irondale, and just before that they gave Benilde a good game before losing just 4-2. I can't explain their inconsistency, but they do at least have the capability to play tough, especially at home.54fighting wrote:Yea right, thats why they just lost St Francis 4-2 and they also lost to Cambridge 6-1.
