Yeah she's the best. And look how much more balanced she is than TJ. TJ is a very selfish player and her stats prove it.

Besides TJ's goals, Austin has 74 additional goals. TJ has 21 assists which is 28%. Albert Lea has 48 additional goals besides JC's. JC has 19 assists which is 39%. I would find it hard to call either player selfish based on assists alone. If you are the "Go-To" player you are not going to get assists by the bucket loads because your team and coaches expect you to carry more than your share of the load. The bottom line is that these are both exceptional players (at least in Southern Minny). If Albert Lea could score more goals I suspect that JC's percentage of assists would drop. My guess is that her line scores most of AL's goals and the other lines occasionally poke some in.

As I look at the JM girls, the top 3 scorers have 9G & 4A; 8G & 4A; 8G & 3A. Do you think maybe you could send us some of your selfish, puckhog goal scorers? Mayo's top 3 are 30G & 12A; 15G & 21A; 10G & 22A. We'd like some of that too.

She was hurt to by the way. According to parents she did not skate at all after she got hurt until the 2nd period then she skated again but not as much.
I thought you couldnt have running time in the first period. Thats new!

who cares about tj. she is not on our team. our team runtimes faribault in the 3rd if we play like a team and hocksocstud and christmaseve don't have any more stupid locker room talks. hocsoc needs to be less concerned about her stats vs. tj's, and more concerned about our team.

Nonsense...

Find your center.
Challenge the shooters.
You know yourself too well to be overconfident, but yet you are too good to get rattled.
Forget about the past, and enjoy the moment.

And get your A-- out of the net a little more !! :D

Do you two talk at home or only on the internet? :D

Hey, what's up with game time changes in Mankato this Saturday? I was going to watch MW and Mayo duke it out but I hear the game has been moved up because of a "Social Event". When is game time now?

Somebody told me that the boys games have been changed too. I guess I have heard of moving baseball playoffs due to commencement but I've never known of this during the hockey season.

I believe that Mankato wanted a double header event to take place, so they have the Mayo girls playing earlier in the day, then the girls are going out for lunch (don't know if the West girls are joining), then the Mayo girls are scheduled to stay and watch the Mayo boys later that day.

Hope that makes sense Mac...

I just got in from a wild night of celebrating.

I was letting AL respond first..........but oh well.

AL got out played.
AL got out coached.
And most of all, OUT CLASSED!!!!!

The AL zoo came to town and we sent them home with a Loss. Nice work ladies. Weren't their fans hilarious.  It is good they only get out of town on rare occasions. It makes the world a better place. :P :P The zoo was screaming at refs, players, coaches or any one they could find. I am not sure if they were screaming English. It was some type of cajun redneck.

Basically we out shot them 25-19. Penalties were equal, so they can not use that one. We deserve the 2 seed.

AL the most underachieving team in the section.
:-({|= :-({|= :-({|= :-({|=

There were definitely some diapers being changed in AL last night.

FARIBAULT IS THE GREATEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you say run time in the first?

The only run time I saw, was the time it took AL to tuck their tails between their legs and run for home in shame.   :P :P :P

I didn't see anyone from AL running with their tails tucked between their legs, just the Ref's running with the bag of money that 89 gave them after he was done announcing the game!! Come on, where do the Falcons get these ref's? Everytime I have been to that ice arena its the same ref's. Can't they find someone to give them a ride??

If your coach seeds Faribault above #3, he'd be telling a big lie.
Head to head=even
Goals differential=AL +2
Season record=AL by a large margin
etc. etc. etc....

I now know how RSI feels. I go away on a boat in the carribean for 5 days and this whole section forum runs wild. It must of been very cold while I was away, forcing everyone to the internet. :D

It was only one game, and most importantly, not a section playoff game.

I still believe AL is the most player talented TEAM, but as I have said in the past, you have to be able to put the pieces together and create the best team possible. Winnning goes beyond raw talent.....that is why we play the game.

If they are #2 that is way wrong. The refs were on Faribaults side basically. Some calls were good but some were just pathetic.

Get real. The last win carries more weight. Listen to this wise theory: A team is supposed to get better as the season progresses.
Therefore; earlier wins and losses do not hold as much weight. The tourney should be seeded according to team greatness at the end.
2 vs 3 seed, does it really matter. We still win.
1. Austin
2. Faribault
3. Albert Lea
4. Northfield
5. Redwing
6. Waseca

"Deserve" the 2 seed is probably quite a stretch, but I wouldn't say it's out of the question that Faribo gets it. Didn't Faribo get seeded ahead of AL last year despite AL's dominance over them?

1, 2 or 3, it doesn't matter, until they can consistently play at a high level the seeding is irrelevant.

BTW, when are the seedings coming out?
