Leave it to Thor to take a shot at a school that just put his hockey team on running time.

Three field goals. Not too shabby.

And we're happy to have it. Decades have been known to go by between victories over Tartan. The Titans (another word for KINGS) mastery evaporated for once this year. Come section time, I'm sure they'lll put my poor undersized and out-gunned Hill team to shame...

Warroad dominates this one in every facet of the game except where it counts...on the scoreboard. Shots Warroad 30 to Denfeld 15...held The Hunters to their 15 shot or less goal but just couldn't finish...Hahn missed on a breakaway and there were lots of juicy rebounds that nobody slapped home. :? Shoulda, coulda, woulda.

Last time I checked the student section had no outcome of any game....nor the amount of shots.

wishock wrote:Game I'm listening to has Roseau leading 2-1 after 2. Was it Tech or Apollo who went into overtime with Roseau in 1999 section final? Close to a huge upset.
It was Apollo who beat Tech in the semis for the right to play Roseau.
Ben Dover plays BOTH ways.

im pretty sure the tartan student section could have mustered up more than the 3 shots the titans had in the first period
