Games already sold out. No tickets left, already pre-sold 4,000 tickets. If you dont have one now, too bad!!This game should have quite a gala atmosphere. Minks, Mercedes, and Merlot. Do they setup a Wine Bar near the Valet station? I'm sure MPLS/St. Paul Magazine will be there to cover who's who in the crowd.

3600 is the correct answer. This one should draw 4000+ similar to the Edina East vs Edina West games of the late 70's - early 80's.hockeyfan43 wrote:skiumah wrote:Braemar seats 4,000? No way. I would guess around 2,800. That's just my estimate.
Does anyone know the maximum seating in Braemar?
BRAEMAR SEATS 3600 WITH STANDING ROOM IT COULD GET TO 4000
Blindfold the f'ing Fire Marshal and start the firewagon hockey.
Prediction 5-2 Edina.

Man I wish I could be there tonight. In spirit, at least, while I'm at the sports bar.

This article is about prima donna in opera. For other uses, see Prima Donna (disambiguation).Zeke16 wrote:No, too many prima donnas

Wiktionary, the free dictionary.Originally used in opera companies, "prima donna" is Italian for "first lady". The term was used to designate the leading female singer in the opera company, the person to whom the prime roles would be given. The prima donna was normally, but not necessarily, a soprano. The corresponding term for the male lead (almost always a tenor) is "primo uomo".
Legendarily, these "prima donnas" were often regarded as egotistical, unreasonable and irritable, with a rather high opinion of themselves not shared by others. Although whether they are truly more vain or more hot-tempered than other singers (or than any other people in the opera houses) is not substantiated, the term often signifies a vain, obnoxious and temperamental person who, although irritating, cannot be done without.[1]
Famous prima donnas have often caused opera enthusiasts to divide into opposing "clubs" supporting one singer over another. The rivalry between the respective fans of Maria Callas and Renata Tebaldi, for example, was one of the most famous of all opera, despite the friendship of the two singers. In recent times the term prima donna has almost become a synonym of diva and is used to designate popular female opera singers, especially sopranos.
The term "prima donna" is also the title of a song in Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit musical, The Phantom of the Opera. It refers to the ill-tempered character, Carlotta Giudicelli.
Are you telling me this game is really between Maria and Renata????? I hope they don't scratch each other's eyes out.
