   :-({|=

Now can everyone chill on Park Rapids? There is no excuse to losing to KC at home. The place where I thought they were unbeatable?

=D> =D> Wolfpack =D> =D>

So where does the team that got beat 9-1 at home against TRF stand in the rankings? No. 1 perhaps?

Here's the scoop... PR did lose 3-2 to Kittson... Lerhke had both goals. Another goal was waived off because the whistle blew when the puck was in the open otherwise we would have had OT. But there was issues..

PR played terrible the whole 2nd period. Our Bantam team could have beat them in the 2nd. (maybe a little exaggerating there) Passes were missed and stupid passes were made. D got caught to far deep many times as well. Secondly, our goalie was not there tonight. He was really off. Should have gloved the first goal, but went off edge of glove and in. Second goal was just poor goaltending. 3rd goal was a decent one by Kittson.

Basically, they did not show up to play ande blew the game themselves. They had a ton of chances towards the end, but Kittson Goaltender came up BIG... Hats off to Kittson for staying strong and smelling blood. Maybe this was good for PR? Knock them off their pedestal a little and make them work harder. Even though I am a PR fan, based on how they played tonight, they did not deserve to win this one at all.

I know Kittson was pumped and so were the fans that showed up.. Once again Hats off to Kittson for getting the job done.

I'm on vacation down here in Cancun and I heard through the grapevine that good old Park Rapids got beat by Hallock or Kittson Central. Wow so much for the undefeated talk. Now it's back to life back to reality as the old song goes. This sure throws a monkey wrench in Parks chances of getting the #2 seed. Now LOCK it up this thread is now meaningless.

well pr got a 2 seed about 5 or six yrs ago, and they didnt have the team they have this yr...no the record.

i didnt want to see pr get beat at all...and not by hallock if anyone.....but hopefully this will get them recharged and hungry again...realistically i'd rather have a loss under my belt going into sections that have a goose egg on the line in the first, second or maybe even the finals, what ever the situation is...going into sections.

Didn't you notice that PR was on the power play the whole second period and for about half the game? Pretty disappointing for the supposed #1 in section 8. KC is on a roll right now and will upset in the playoffs. Nice work KC, keep it up. Lehrke shake out the cobwebs.

Sounds like there heads popped. The better pick it back up otherwise no matter what your record is, Winning state is the only thing that matters.
