Before the game even kicks off, we get treated to another superbowl blunder...

Howie Long is putting on a Boston baseball cap stating that he is going to choose N.E. to win. As he's doing so, Terry Bradshaw's mic is open and he says - "They actually found a hat that will fit that big <effin> head?"

Can't wait to hear how much hoopla is made over this one.

Lets go Pats!!

Anyone else enjoying this? For a low scoring game, it's been pretty entertaining, add to that the Giants just went ahead, and it's a great game. Would love to see them hold on, but 10 is not gonna hold up I'm afraid.

Sweet. Just sweet. The best part (other than New England not going 19-0)? Moss not getting a Super Bowl ring.

Wait. Switch that. Moss not getting the ring is the best part. :)

Good game to watch!
I'm glad the Pats didn't win too!
Although I don't really like the Giants either :?
Manning escaping that sack won the game for them!

Just wow! Great game, maybe the best team didn't win, but the team with the most heart did.

Best Super Bowl I have ever seen.
I would have liked to see NE win, but it was great to watch.

Who woulda thunk it? What a great defensive battle for the G-Men. Their entire D line should have been named the MVP.

Anyone else wonder why Moss didnt jump to try to make a play that had to be made with just seconds left in the 4th? Guess he decided to "take that play off."

As one who thought that NE would roll over these guys, I sure was proved wrong. I guess I'm getting a preview of what the Roseau fans will feel in a little over a month from now

Didn't want to be seen on national tv crying I guess. Not a very classy move. :x Once again, the G-Men showed the world that on any given day(or night)anything can happen. Gotta believe baby. 8)

Anybody remember when the Super Bowl was always just a beat down? The Bears, Cowboys, Redskins, 49ers... the Super Bowls were always lousy because of a sure rout.

But the last 10 years or so... last second field goal, tackle 1 yard short of the end endzone, and a game winning TD with :30 left.

I like this kind of game much, much better than a 46-10 game!

I thought the commercials were a major disapointment.

I got a chuckle out of the screaming grasshopper though...

I enjoyed the game a lot.

It had a lot of good defensive play which is fine but it could have used a punt return; or an INT return; or a couple more big offensive plays to give it some spark.

The commercials were just OK. I liked the Pepsi one where everybody drank the Max and woke up and did the old SNL "What is Love" head bob deal. The ETrade infant was funny. The pidgeon one was good.

If there's one thing to be taken away from last night's game it's this:

Humans are mortal and imperfect.
That is all,

I saw the clip on youtube. People argue, and I have to agree, that he says "bucket head". Although the first time I heard it I didn't think so.

I went and listened on YouTube and have to agree. You're right; sounds more like bucket head now that I can replay it. When watching it live, it sure sounded the other way.
