Sounded like Knapp may have scored off his own rebound.

Crookston made a run at 'em.

What does this result mean for seeding? A win but a less than impressive one.

A loss to KC, an OT win over CRX and victories over EGF and TRF. They will probably get the two seed but I don't see them making it out of the semi's.

EGF and Crookston play on Thursday.
Crookston has played a lot of teams tough.
It is a win for PR and keeps them in the hunt for #2.
If EGF pounds Crookston and then loses to TRF, PR might fall to #4.

But I doubt it.
EGF vs TRF will be the final test.
If PR would blow it and lose to DL that could hurt them.
But I would say they are getting #3 spot.

Warroad, EGF, PR
or Warroad, TRF, PR
Bemidji probably in #5 spot, then probably Hallock.
Crookston, LOW, Bagley, Walker.
Maybe switch Crookston and LOW.

I have to say that the PR radio guy is really, really good. Great descriptions ,just like being there. Who is he anyway? This guy really knows his hockey. I like when he says"puck is rolling on the ground" and "now he's got it no he doesn't theres number 5 I think has it no wait I think it is #6" Really ,really good. PR must be damn proud.

EGF @ Crox on Thurs. If East Side thumps them like they did the first time, they'll have more than an inside track for the #2.

The Kittson game and tonight will weigh heavy on PR come the seed.

Bitts is probably none to happy with the holding call in OT.
Especially if Ruzinka called it.

With PR as a 2 seed that side of the bracket looks much preferable than the other in getting to the finals. It looks like the 4-5 game will be a war whether it be EGF, TRF or Bemidji. Then a game against the Warriors in the final.

There are a lot of unknowns but I am fairly confident that Crox and PR won't get a rematch in the quarters. The only possibility would be the #2/#7 matchup and that is real iffy.

I didnt' listen but if its DeLaHunt I have an all time great memory on radio with him. They were airing our Xmas tourney in Wadena,(Ed was calling the game from the box)and I got a penalty and jumped over to get in and slammed him with the buttend of my stick right in the groin. He then said, "Schwang17 got in the box here and you don't want to know where I just got hit" right on the air...pretty classic stuff. But yeah, he's horrible to listen to.

I'll never forget an exchange he had many years ago with the far northern crew. It was almost identical to this situation.

Hats off to Shanty's crew for what sounded like a great game. Panthers will have to play much, much better to go anywhere come Sections. Don't discount what Crookston did though, they seem to give teams fits.

Unless it was flagrant a hold seems to be overlooked in a big game in ot. Maybe it was that flagrant but it would not make me happy if I were coaching.

PR & Crx may play again in a couple weeks as 3 vs 6 or 2 vs 7 although it's more likely that PR will be playing Bemidji in a 4 vs 5 game. Gettin' fun, ain't it?

There's only two games and one of them is East. I thought he would be doing play-by play all night long of all pre-game activity.
