Jordan Yaggy

Post by Spartanfan1 »

I was reading in the paper today and saw that he could be done for the season with a possible knee injury. Can anyone clarify for sure if his season is done? That sure does hurt Mayo in my opinion come section time.

I don't know for sure what Yaggy's status is but read on anohter post that it was something with the ACL. BUT, Steinmetz is a decent goalie too and the guys will rally around him. Mayo has played decent in front of both goalies so it's up to the whole team to see how bad they want it. Mayo has the ability to score if they are not killing penalties.

No Chance...he's out for sure. Anything wiith the ACL is too serious to mess around with. He's a quality/big Junior with a potential future as a goaltender at some level. Good Luck Steinmetz.

Originally he was told that he had torn his ACL, but he then saw his normal knee doctor and he said it was just a mild strain. He's been playing on it since friday, 3 days after he hurt it and he says it feels fine.
