By the way, I think someone on here said Langebrunner, he is from Cloquet, he didn't grow up in the Falls.
I believe he lived in the Falls until around '85. May have even been born there.
According to the New Jersey Devils website, he was born in Cloquet as well and attended Cloquet High School. He could have lived in the Falls, but I've just never heard about it.
Jamie was born in Cloquet, but moved to the Falls when his dad John beacame principel at Holler school. Jamie attended school in I Falls until 3-4 grade, then his dad accepted a position back in their hometown of Cloquet
Brad Bergstrom ('83) - Bronco goalie, payed his dues in the coaching ranks at Indus and then went on to Fergus Falls and took several teams to state beginning in the mid 90's.

I lived about 3 blocks from Langenbrunner in I.Falls. I used to go over to his house and play 'floor' hockey in his backyard with those red and yellow sticks that you used to see in gym class and a tennis ball. We had nets from Holler Elementary too, so we were fully supplied thanks to his old man being the superintendent.

Yes, his Dad worked for ISD 361. They lived in the Falls for several years.
Jamie was first opr secon dpeewee when they moved if I remember correctly.
Jamie was a heckuva basketball player back in his elementary days too. He'd play on Saturday mornings in Holler/Falls Elementary League when it didn't conflict with hockey.
Sounds like there were a bunch of Bronco goalies that bacame coaches and really contributed to the game of hockey in Minnesota. Constantine, Laurion, Couture (I believe I recognize that name from UND), and Bergstrom all coached. I wonder if that was in the spirit of Pops Ross?
