Brainerd @ Moorhad has been cancelled also. Will be played Monday night. I don't really see why. The weather isn't that bad over here.
Don't know what time the game is scheduled for but right now here is what the local newspaper says is going on....
MOORHEAD, Minn. - Blizzard-like conditions have prompted the Minnesota State Patrol to close Interstate 94 between Moorhead and Fergus Falls.
A dispatcher tells KFGO-AM in Fargo that, quote, "things are a horrible mess out there."
In Moorhead, Clay County Sheriff Bill Bergquist is advising that no one travel outside the city, in what he's calling a total whiteout. He says deputies have been trying to reach a number of stranded motorists along Interstate 94 and other spots. He says anyone who gets stuck will probably have to wait.
Other parts of the state including the Twin Cities are under a winter weather advisory today. Temperatures are expected to plummet throughout the day, with snow possible followed by blowing, drifting and dangerously low windchills.

I am sitting here looking out my Fargo window and it is sunny and no snowing. "Blizzard conditions" is not true. It does seem pretty windy, so I can certainly understand the snow could be blowing around. Game was to be played at 7. I know that is the only game cancelled thus far. The Moorhead 14U still plays Crookston at 3. Concordia still plays Augsburg at 2. NDSU still plays Minot State at 7:45. It will be interesting to see how playing Monday affects the two winners in Alexandria on Tuesday.SportsMa wrote:Don't know what time the game is scheduled for but right now here is what is going on....

Hmmm, crazy! The information I posted is from the Fargo newspaper, http://www.in-forum.com (was posted there around 10 a.m.).
