Pioneer fans are like Slinkys. Not very useful, but still fun to push down stairs.
The only soft spot I see is the one between my legs

And if this were Section 6 (or Section 1), the Pioneers would be watching the Tourney from their cabins.
Which are better furnished that Govie houses!
The Govs' houses are much easier to find than the Pioneers' for those State Tournament parties however, because when we send the invitations, the addresses are spelled correctly!

All that money for school, PPG, and not one typing class?

That's the funniest thing you've said all day. Matching wits with a Pioneer is less challenging than predicting the outcome of a Hill-Murray state tournament appearance.

Sorry for my delayed response. I had to tell a couple of Johnson graduates the difference between trash & recycle.

We really can't seem to comunicate on the same level. You keep talking about Hill's recent failures at the State tournament, yet Johnson can't seem to get out of sections. Which is worse...losing in sections or losing in state?

Well, as you're aware, both options suck, but the difference in terms of Johnson and Hill-Murray is that when they lose (and both do - as you know ), Johnson doesn't offer up excuses and claim that everybody was out to get them.

If you buy into Hill-Murray's whining after their annual exit from the postseason, you'd think there were fewer victims at Pearl Harbor than there are on Larpenteur Ave.

Not sure I ever whine or make excuses after a Hill loss. Nor did I ever try to justify losing to Century last year. Century earned a trip to state (unlike most people  ) & was a pretty darn good club. You on the other hand look for others to do something you wish your club could do & thats beat Hill. Advance farther than Hill this year or else... :-$

Well now you're ruining this fun by just flat out lying. You know for a fact that I have repeatedly said I want Johnson to get a crack at Hill-Murray. Even if the Govs aren't the team that will end any thought of a Pioneer title (and we all know that somebody will), I have said several times that I want the Govs to get a shot. Tell the people the truth, and don't cower behind the usual HM rhetoric.

Sounds like the Govs is trying to play both sides...we want a shots at Hill, even though we probably won't win. What a wuess! Either back your school or be quiet. I think maybe you might be better suited for a high school basketball "bored".

I haven't seen anybody twist things around that much since Chubby Checker.

I don't know how you think I'm playing both sides. I want Johnson to get a shot. Period. No excuses, no hiding - unlike you who won't admit he's just lying.

Show the people what the Pioneers are really made of, PPG. Go ahead. Tell them I never asked for anybody else to take your squad down... I'll pull my quotes and your responses and post them if it helps!

"Even if the the Govs aren't the team to end any thought of a Pioneer title..." Weak. Ya talk trash about a program and then you back off?? Either Hills sucks or Johnson sucks...which one? I'm taking shots at your team this year & won't back away if they play each other. I think Hill wins. You don't see me backing away! You want to play with a safety net...come on, take a chance....

rofl... Ok, you've gone beyond pathetic now, liar, so this will be my last post on this here. I've made you look foolish enough for one day (actually, you did a better job of making youself look bad than I did!) You and your spelling impared buddy who can't find the Shift key can have the last word...

If I were a gambling person, would I pick Johnson to beat HM? Of couse not, as I've said time and again - things are what they are. Does that mean that the Govs should bow down or that they "suck"? No way. You have to be kidding.

Now, could Johnson win? Yes - they could. Needless to say, they'd need every bounce to go their way, and play the absolute correct gameplan, but it could. If you can't acknowledge the fact that all I've ever said is that we want a shot, you're a sad person, but the correct reflection of your snot nosed school.

So to answer your incredibly lame question "who sucks?"... the answer is that on the ice, Hill-Murray is the better team - but in general - Hill-Murray sucks!!!

Well, since this is a hockey forum (not really sure your lack of knowledge belongs here) we will keep the focus on hockey. This year's Johnson hockey team is bad & Hill's team is good. Those that are bad, should keep quiet about those that are good. Pretty simple...even for a public school guy like yourself.

Okay boys...
Back to the thread...

Lee stands on his head on March 8th (Saturday), and Budish hits the twine twice, Leer once... But the Rams get four, one from Ness, two from Landman, and the winner from Knockemus...
Rams 4 Hornets 3, in a game to be remembered for many years... 8)

IMO

i want to know this. If edina were to lose in sections to AHA,Rosemount or burnsville would you still consider them a top 2 team in the state. As well as Roseau, if they lost in sections, do they still get the vote as top 2 team in the state?

Please remind me to never bring up the Johnson' school song. It apparently is too controversial.

Don't worry, it doesn't get played too often at games.
