ROSEAU AT I FALLS, WHAT DO YOU THINK

i meant if edina plays jefferson in a home and home jefferson travels 10 miles and is a tougher opponent than maybe if they had traveled 200 miles. edinas bus ride isnt real tough either so its relative. home and homes even things out. it sucks for the alaska-anchorage team to have to travel to MN but it also suck for the gophers to play up there. because of aa's situation...they probably are more used to the travel and playing after long commutes.
If you look at roseaus schedule. they have a lot more home nc games than away. their road miles is a huge + if you wanted to do a +/- on the matter. one guy earlier said we don't understand there is more to our state north of hwy 10. well roseau doesnt schedule any games south of 10. i see they play a home/home with tech and picked up another game with brainerd on the trip home from tech. other than that they dont play more than a 120 miles from home for a nc game. they sure do welcome teams like farmington, buffalo, blaine, tortino grace driving 300+ miles up there. i see east plays 10 games or so in the cities, warroad comes down for a few, grand rapids jumps up to roseau, drives down to play jefferson for game and down to the cities to play edina in their tourney. moorhead comes down for a xmas tourney. over to play east. down to play centennial.
i am not buying the we cant afford it or have the luxury stuff. ever other decent team in outstate MN figures out a way to travel. with a town like roseaus behind such a program i am not buying it.
people just want to see the best programs compete with each other during the yr and roseau isnt doing that. its just like if LSU football plays crookston next year and uw superior. they are gonna take some heat.

Since I Falls just doesn't give up many goals - they have never given up more than four and only given up four twice, I would reduce Roseau down to 3. Its also at I Falls and they have some skill at forward, so I would increase the Bronco total to 2. I'm going with 3-2 Roseau in this one, but I won't be completely shocked if the Rams undefeated streak ends tonight.RoseauHockeyFan wrote:Roseau seems to like to score 4 goals, they've done so in 8 of their games. I'm going to say:
Roseau 4
IFalls 1
Another thing to think of is that it's been pretty cold out. Hopefully you boys put on some thermals, made it out to the shack and got some fresh burbit for tonights match. Appreciate sushimi grade if you have any to sparepost2post wrote:I would believe that this is the first game that the Broncos are the actual Underdogs. Lets see if they can pull through. I sure hope they can. GO BRONCOS!!!
