We should see Blaine and Elk River coming out of D10, but we can't count out St. Cloud BLK or Anoka.

Dist. 11
1. Proctor
2. Silver Bay
3. Duluth Lakers*
4. Duluth East*
5. Moose Lake
6. Two Harbors
7. Cloquet White
8. Hermantown
9. Cloquet Black
10. Duluth Lakers B2

*These two teams were switched around because of a slight rule oversight. (just what I heard through the grapevine this past weekend in Cloquet)

I think we'll see Proctor and Silver Bay for sure and the #3 seed up in the air between Lakers, East, and Moose Lake, but I'll say Lakers because of there solid goaltending.

District 11 starts in Moose Lake Tuesday Feb 19 at 7:00pm between Cloquet Purple and Duluth Lakers B2 to see who gets the 8th seed.

The rest is this weekend. Should be some fun hockey to watch.

Unfortunately, the host team does not get an automatic spot. Its the top three teams at the end of the playoffs. They too have to earn their spot.

Cloquet: 3
Hermantown: 2

Cloquet scored the game winner with 21 seconds left in the game. Very well matched game.

Cloquet Purple will play #1 Proctor next. At $175/game I feel kind of bad for them because their youth hockey program will have paid $525 for this team alone just to end up playing Proctor to end their season. Plus they also have the White team to pay for too. I bring this up just because of how expensive it is to play in Cloquet already...

Sounds like proctor has some nice talented kids. Maybe you
could recruit a couple for the North Stars AAA program they
must be better than what you have now to get this mad over
all of this. After all it is just a kids game and I am sure the kids
are all having allot of fun win or lose play the game learn from
it as it will be good for all the kids to play against good teams..
I know the point towards getting better is to play quality teams
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
But then again I am only in the 5th grade so what do I know AY.

Point is they played A last year, and were decent this year they were gonna play A and at the last minute changed to B . With 10 kids returning from last years A team you would think they would wanna play A in stead of beating up on last years squirts. If they realy wanted to improve why not play an A schedule . Would be like Grand Rapids A team playing B noone could even come close to that. I think if you have quality players play A quality teams....

Proctor will indeed play in the Championship game against Duluth Lakers. The Third Place game will be Duluth East and Silver Bay with the winner of that game also advancing to Regions.

District 11:

#1 Proctor
#2 Duluth Lakers
#3 Silver Bay

East vs Silver Bay came down to Overtime. Silver Bay won it in the 1st round of overtime with 3 minutes left with a beautiful goal that rattled the pipes. Great weekend of hockey!!

6-3

Lakers dominated the first period, but Proctor came back to get a couple quick goals in the third to runaway with it. I heard rumors that the Proctor folks were out of control on Saturday to the point where we had Officers there today to keep order. Unreal for a team with such a good season. Personally I never saw it today, but the arena manager thought it necessary. Good luck to all those that made it to regions.
