It depends on the teams playing, of course.
My opinion... yes it's possible for a JGA team to beat a varsity team. Some HS coaches prefer having a couple of selfish players that dangle all day and don't pass; the kids that want the glory for themselves. But it's easy to contain a team of a few talented yet selfish players. However, it's more difficult to stop a team that works hard and plays like a team.
I'll put my money on a hard working team of JGA players over a HS team with a few selfish players that refuse to pass and try to do it on their own.

Im sorry but a good 9 times out of 10 the high school team would win. I have played varsity games for over three years and compared to jr gold which im playing this year. High school is faster paced. It would only take a weak hs team and a good group of talented hard working jr gold team for any jr gold team to win.
