According to the Duluth newspaper the incident is still under investigation but a report will be sent to the City Attorney this week.

No mention of lawsuit but in this "sue happy" society we live in I am sure the family has been approached by lawyers to represent them. There should not be assaults in sports if what is written is true but filing a lawsuit is not going to solve the problem. Teaching players to play with control, not only physically but mentally is a good life lesson. Adults need to teach that and also display those characteristics. I'll get off my soap box now.

I can't believe someone brought up this again. the parents are looking for insurance money to help pay their expenses. If anyone belives Tim Franklins account after 2 weeks of the incedent, she threw lefts, how about rights, are you positve Mr. Franklin.?? You had a good seat , in the penalty box. Give me a break

I just saw something on the news that said it is in the hands of the Moose Lake District Attorny.
