Funny... I could have sworn that was an old photo of one Ensign Crowley saving the day for the SS Jefferson...

Rogers is likely going to need a bigger ship to get past Blaine.

Pretty untasteful photo and metaphor. Buried there are soldiers who gave their lives so we might enjoy the freedoms we currently do, and so obviously take for granted.

Golden, I respect what your saying, and I assure you that there was absolutely no intent for Shanty's post to be disrespectful to our countries heros.

I understand there was no malevolent intent behind his post. However, while young adults over here lose hockey games, young adults in Iraq and Afghanistan are losing their lives. Let us never forget.

CNT couldn't be more right, there was no intent to disrespect anyone. I know how important sports are because I know how important they aren't. The reality of war, now and in the past should never be misinterpreted with something so trivial as HS athletics.
I will be more than happy to address your concerns to avoid any further misunderstandings.
