Here's my picks for the state qualifiers

1AA: Lakeville South will make their first appearance
2AA: Edina will take care of a tough Burnsville team
3AA: Woodbury will go back to state by beating Rosemount
4AA: Hill-Murray is going to easily walk through sections
5AA: Centenial, Blaine is all thats left and they're no match for Centenial
6AA: Benilde St. M's they'll win the states toughest section by beating Tonka
7AA: Cloquet will surprise all by beating Anoka
8AA: Roseau is going to keep their undefeated run alive when they beat the Spuds

State Championship
Roseau will play Edina

Edina wins 4-3 in O.T

Edina is my pick to win state. They have everything going for them this year. People always say Roseau because there undefeated and all that. No doubt, dont get me wrong, they have probably one of the best players ever in the State with Aaron Ness. But when you play single A teams in po-dunk Minnesota, of course your gonna roll over them. When Roseau snuck by Jefferson and beat Blaine 1-0(factor in the weather, no doubt I wouldn't wanna be out there when its that cold), they really just don't have it like last year. I predict it will be Edina and Roseau in the Championship and Edina wins.

Give me Roseau, Edina or Minnetonka...

I just think these three are heads above the rest of the field this year...

Of course they each have to make the state field too...

this is a sweet tourney, cause I honestly cannot nail down my pick. I am gonna have to cheer for a lake team (minus Rosemount), but I hope the hornets win.

because they also have lost to Eastview, Hopkins and Edina.

Edina beat Eastview and Hopkins twice along with Minnetonka..... all of this means actually very little at this point, its who is playing their best hockey and who has the hot goalie....... :-s

Edina looked pretty impressive Saturday vs. AHA. However, any team can win on any given night, so all the teams still alive have a chance.
