is the 92 list missing any? Because the select 15 festival is supposed to be the premier players of that birth year, and there's some players that made the top team that are left off this list and players that failed to make it on it. Ben Marshall and Joe Rubbelke for instance, both made the final team, but are left off this list. Marshall made it over Adams, and Adam's is on this list.

Don't get me wrong. There are a great number of deserving kids on this list. I just find the coincidence interesting.
I would have to second that opinion on the quote Charliedog!!! The owner is a scout and a firm believer in promoting the kids who go to FHIT. There are a lot of 92's that are NOT on the list. We'll see what happens when Advanced 16's come around. Maybe the 92's that are not on the list will get a look at. If the player is good enough the scouts will find them.

The question is whether they got on the list because they are at FHIT or did they get into FHIT because they are the type of player that was on this list?

I can guarantee Jason Berg @ FHIT would not recommend any player for the USHL Draft List unless they deserved it. I know kids who are FHIT members that I thought would be on the list and they did not make it. He has always been very up front that he believes his reputation as a scout requires total objectivity. Being a FHIT member has nothing to do with making this list.
