This is the first time in my life where I have listened to a hockey game that made my brain hurt.

EGF will be the fifth #3 seed in class A to qualify for the finals.

Disappointment of the year would be the Class A deuces.

He will most likely be playing juniors next year, unless he goes to BSU right away. I don't think he's been off the ice yet tonight.

It really is unfortunate that no one would shell out the $2.00 to get this guy a program so instead of saying #18 is going for tripping he could say a name...a strange new idea, i know.

I was wondering if I was hearing things when he said that. He sounds like a big hockey fan.

Game's over...but hold on we have to wait to find out what the shots were because apparently this guy is too old/drunk/etc to look at the score board to see what they were.

Yea, I heard that. I wonder if he meant to say it was going to be on Baudette bay also. Ha Ha

Ok, this is my last comment on that announcer, i promise. That sure was a long speech about how hard it is to win the 3rd game against a team. Psst: That was the 2nd time PR played EGF...first time playing the "real" EGF

Speakin' of Suzy, (Suey).

Schwangy, you better call somebody and make sure Suey doesn't drive himself home tonight. I don't wanna see another pickup embedded in a trailer house. Especially mine.

By the way, I never got to see Lerhke play but it sounded impressive on the radio, even though the annoucer was quite "strange".
It also sounded like he had to be on the ice, way too much.

Hat's off to a great year by the panthers.

The announcing wasn't great but he did give me the time, the score, and some description of what the puck was doing. The EGF/WAR final assures their will be no webcast of the finals, I think.

Unless KQ92 has it, or do they only do feeds from MSBN?

Ed was the announcer who owns AFAIK 7 radio stations. He absolutely loves announcing football and hockey games--we have over the years learned to appreciate him. He is much better at periodically reporting the score, situation, teams including towns (turn on and hear only the Mustangs playing the Cougars you wonder who they are) than he use to be. He's set in his ways (did you hear him call a "two line pass"), but we love him and his enthusiasm. Often he rigs up an antenae and broadcasts away games from where ever he can find a place to stand including in the stands (he's had to appologize for some fans language that got picked up over the air). Once a puck knocked off his head phones, so he built a nice announcer's booth in PR with separate rooms for him/visiting radio announcers/time keeper-scorer... He is entertaining, as are a lot of the comments you have posted about him here. And no, he's not going to hang himself!

Hey recruit I hate to tell you " I told ya so" but I they didn't even belong on the same sheet of Ice tonight with EGF. Old Lehrke was gassed half way through the second period. I think I even saw you and your buddy leave after the second period. What no faith in a great comback??? Maybe if you turned that ugly american eagle hat around it would have changed your teams luck. By the way it is now offical........... Park's chance of winning a section 8a title is %0.00 ... Never doubt my hockey expertise. Maybe that Black and Orange Steam engine train should have made sure it engine turned on. The only thing that was close to running tonight for the Black and orange was the clock in the third period. :P

Don't be jealous of my hat...and we didn't leave....i sadly stayed until the last minute of the game and then went on my way to go eat and try and forget about what i saw tonight...I dont have so much to say....not like it would make any difference....

Yes, the Warroad-EGF game on Thursday will be webcast on MSBN with the link provided on both MSBN site at http://www.mnsportsnetwork.com/ or on KQ92 website.

The Roseau-Moorhead game will also be webcast also.
